About
Mcet Consulting Ltd was founded by Mark York, a senior software engineer with 30+ years' experience delivering large-scale, regulated, distributed systems across banking, financial services, engineering, and education — spanning both public and private sector organisations.
Mark has been a trusted contributor on business-critical systems across global technology, regulated banking, and national education platforms, and specialises in .NET and cloud infrastructure — Azure and AWS — with deep experience in performance, reliability, and platform modernisation. Primarily a back-end engineer, but well versed in full-stack delivery and comfortable leading technical initiatives end to end.
Mcet Consulting can also draw on a network of trusted associates to scale up delivery capacity on larger engagements as required.
